Mr. Costantino has thirty plus years of banking management experience primarily in Commercial Loan and Administration which included Asset based Lending, Factoring and CFO duties with institutions that include, Irving Trusts/Bank of New York, NatWest USA/Fleet Bank, MTB Bank and AmSouth Capital Corp.

Mr. Costantino has had great success in creating, enhancing and re-designing Asset based Lending Operations with included hardware and software installation, procedures, workflows, internal controls and general ledger setups.

Mr. Costantino holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Unity College.
