Mr. Flores has been associated with banking for over twenty five years with institutions that include, NatWest USA/Fleet Bank, LaSalle Business Credit, Marine Midland and Bankers Trust.

Mr. Flores duties included, internal bank examiner, field examiner, account executive, team leader, new business, workouts and liquidations. He has participated in the negotiating and closing of numerous lending transactions (Refinancing and Restructuring) which also included the successful closing of over twenty five buyouts.

Mr. Flores in 1987 purchased a chain of check cashing stores in which he successively managed. The company was sold in 1994 after increasing revenue by over 200%. In 1995, Mr. Flores became an independent contractor performing field examinations which subsequently lead to the formation of Capital D.F. Associates Inc. in 1999.

Mr. Flores holds a B.B.A. Degree in Accounting from Pace University.
